Scranton withdraws from GOP race for governor
Lynn Swann moved one step closer to obtaining the Pennsylvania GOP nomination for gubernatorial candidate today as former Lt. Governor Bill Scranton withdrew from the race as he came to terms with Swann's surging momentum and his own declining momentum.
